Whatsup
Whatsup is a creator-first social platform operated by
Whatsup Studio. Fans join creator-owned community hubs,
buy virtual coins in one tap, and unlock premium
coin-gated video drops directly from the creator.
Pricing & payouts
Whatsup is free to join. There is no subscription. Fans
purchase virtual coins in fixed packs via Stripe, Inc.
Creators keep 85% baseline (up to 90%)
of every coin-gated unlock and tip. Whatsup retains a
~10% platform fee that covers Stripe processing,
hosting, and moderation. Creator earnings are paid out
weekly via Stripe Connect (ACH / bank transfer).
Refunds & cancellation
Coin purchases are non-refundable once credited except
in cases of verified fraud, duplicate charges, or
platform error. Unauthorised charges reported within 30
days are investigated and refunded when confirmed.
Optional VIP passes can be cancelled at any time from
Settings and remain active until the end of the current
billing period.
